But in case you want to request exchange or return. Pay attention to the rules below:
You have up to 7 calendar days after receiving the product to request exchange or return, which are carried out through a request that you can generate yourself through the customer area.
The date of receipt is that informed in the screening by the Post Office site, the Newborn Shop does not accept requests for exchanges and returns after this deadline.
After receiving our return with all instructions, you have up to 3 business days to send us the product.

• In case of return, all original packages must be returned, containing all tags and labels. ALTERNATIVES IN THE EVENT OF NOT DESIRING EXCHANGE:
If the product is no longer in stock, you can leave the amount as credit in the store to be slaughtered in a future purchase. If you are not interested in purchasing any other product on our site, you may opt for a refund of the value. The deadline for making the refund is 5 business days after receipt of the returned product.
